In our Online session you can learn:
REGULAR CLASSES
Regular classes are designed to assure your progressive develepment.
Step-by-step you will be lead through sensing, feeling, acumulating, directing and managing your qì.
You will practice without worrying about memorizing the movements and just concentrate on your well-being
- Ideal for general relaxation
- From begginner level to advanced
- Compatible for any kind of body
- Compatible with any other kind of body work (yoga, Pilates etc.)
In general session you will learn Qi skills such as
- Feeling the Qi
- Regulating the breathing
- Calming the mind
- Transporting Qi (advanced level)
You can also ask for private sessions to learn traditional sets:
TRADITIONAL SETS
Learn a traditional Qi-Gong set, which you can practice for a lifetime.
Practicing a traditional set will naturally teach you the Qi skills mentioned above.
You can learn (see this link for more details):
- Ba Duan Jin (beginner level, 8 movements, 7 - 10 hours)
- TaiJi Qi-Gong (Shibashi) (18 movements beginner-intermediate level 9-12 hours)
- Wudang Style Qi-Gong (18 movements, intermediate level 9-12 hours)
- Zhan Zhuang (Standing like a tree) (6 basic postures, beginner to intermediate each posture would need minimum 2 weeks of practice)
