Here are some books that has helped us shape our sessions:
- "Meet Your Body: CORE Bodywork and Rolfing Tools to Release Bodymindcore Trauma" by Noah Karrasch (This book is recommended for beginners. We need to align and relax our body before any serious energy work. In this book the writer gives simple and effective methods for doing that)
- "The Root of Chinese Chi Kung - The Secrets of Chi Kung Training" by Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming (An essential reading for anyone who has decided to take Qi-Gong work seriously)
- "The Way of Energy: Mastering the Chinese Art of Internal Strength with Chi Kung Exercise" by Master Lam Kam-Chuen (Essential book for learning and mastering Zhan Zhuang: standing like a tree)
- "Qigong Through the Seasons: How to Stay Healthy All Year with Qigong, Meditation, Diet, and Herbs" by Ronald H. Davis (A nice read for intermediate to advanced energy practitioners. Gave us a lot of inspiration on how to do our sessions depending on the season)
- "Urban Shaman" by Serge Kahili King (This book is about Huna: Hawaiian Schamanism. Although not directly linked to Qi-Gong there are so many parallelisms to the energy work we do, especially regarding internal work. Highly recommended)
